We - the Schreiner family - have been running the Hotel Kaiseralm since 1992. In 2006 we became owners of the property and since then we have been running the hotel as a typical family business. Our daughter has also already completed her training as a chef and her further training at the hotel management school. She has been back at our family-run hotel since 2022, taking over the position as hotel director.
Our focus is on the guest and the employees. A lot of emphasis is placed on the team - it is the heart of the hotel. Only a team that stands behind the hotel can be a good host.
